WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Well, because our online payments can't be accepted you will have to pay for your order just at delivery.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
Measure your ring size with these steps:
Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm). Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.
Don't forget that our rings have all the sizes shown.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Our jewelry is fragile and delicate, so the best way to take care of it is to don't put it under the water and take them off every night before you go to sleep.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Since January 2023 we have a new policy. So, if you want to make an order, the first day since you made it it's for processing. Then, only the next day we start packing the order and send it by courier to your address. But, if you want to cancel an order, please note that you can only do that just on the first day after sending it, because all our sales are final. Make sure all of your information is correct before confirming your order, in contrary case send us a message on the chat with the order information.
Also, returns are not accepted.
